I’ve had this vacuum for 5 months and I was very pleased with its performance until recently. Overall it’s a pretty good cleaner. It has a long battery life that allows several cleanings before having to recharge. I use it on both low pile carpet and hardwood flooring. With pets indoors, I often must remove the hair from the roller brush but after doing so it performs good as new. Now, for the complaint. Having it less than 6 months it has started to act up. It vacuums for a few minutes and then the roller brush stops turning. Upon inspection nothing appears to be jamming it. This has happened once prior and we were able to get the brush to once again start turning. Now a 2nd time it has once again locked. Next step is for hubby to physically take it apart and see what the problem might be. I fear I will just end up having to replace. It was a little pricey at $189.38 to get less than 6 months use.

Let me start of by saying that this vacuum is worth buying. Its versatile to go anywhere and has good pickup of debris on the main floor nozzle when the brush roll is turned on. The brush roll doesn’t scatter debris when on, but it actually help pick up debris faster with less passes. Its got good filtration with no apparent leaks. The portability, attachments and configuration allow for thorough cleaning of furniture and unique spaces. Its pretty easy to use to get this sort of functionality out of it as well. Battery life is good in comparison to other vacuums that are out there. I do have to say that its not great but just decent when it comes to cleaning carpets with crevices (most hair and most debris get picked up). It also lacks a little pick up power if tiny debris is stuck against the wall and the floor. Both issues can be solved by simply swapping from the floor nozzle to a small attachment to spot clean wherever necessary. I can definitely recommend purchasing this as long as your gentle and take good care of it. Unfortunately for me, my family are not the same as me and upon their own use a paper got stuck in floor nozzle and instead of detaching the roller head first to gently untangle the paper, they just pulled it out. Once they pulled it out, the roller detached on its own without the button pressed in. After inspecting it, the roller’s blue plastic ring on the other end of it had broken off. A couple days after an inquiry message, on their website, about replacing it and they’ve told me they will send me a new one. I’m pretty satisfied with this vacuum and the quality of their service.

we’ve only had this vacuum for a week, but I can tell you I was reserved at first, once using it, it became apparent that someone has thought about this. 1) So easy to use. 2) light weight 3) We have two huge golden retrievers, sucks that hair in like there is no tomorrow. 4}SO easy to clean 5)Don’t have to worry about switching from bare floor to carpet.
We have owned at least 10+ Vacuums and returned almost all of them.
I can do our whole bungalow in about 15 minutes, its uses 1/4 of its charge.
This is a Must buy if your looking. Especially if you have pets.

Nice light weight, easy to manouver. Great replacement for Cannister type. Only improvement would be to have some type of storage for tools.

I first purchased this B&D pet vacuum in 2018 or 2019 and it is amazing for being a cordless. So great that I just purchased another one for the other part of the house. It picks up cat litter effortlessly and maintains full power until without warning it will suddenly stop when the battery is drained which is great because I don’t have to re-vacuum an area because of reduced suction. It’s very versatile with its swivel power head and removable handheld vacuum. Only small annoyance is having to pull out animal hair from upper rim of the bagless container when emptying. The filter is easy to rinse and needs to be done often if you have animals. So…I decided to purchase another one this year (2022) and that one had a bad motor with poor suction. Amazon, as usual, immediately provided an exchange and this one appears okay so far but I have only used it once for a few minutes so the jury is still out but this motor has the expected suction power. I have had a few cordless upright vacuums and this one is by far superior and glides easily over bare floors. I don’t have regular carpets but my house is full of various throw rugs and 8×10 individual thicker rugs and it does great on those. It’s not comparable to electrical power vacs, but that shouldn’t be expected. This is lightweight and I am disabled with back problems and joint issues and I am able to do quite a bit with this one. I can’t handle the new stick ones with the motor just below the handle, too top heavy. In my opinion, this has great engineering and quality overall and I consider myself to have high expectations when it comes to vacuums and dealing with pet hair and dust in a desert.

This has been great for our household with two dogs! We mainly use it on our tile and area rugs since that is our main living area, but due to the amount that my dogs shed, I have to use it almost daily. I was surprised with how good the battery life is. I am able to fully vacuum my 1500 sq ft downstairs with no problem. I would not recommend it for fully carpeted areas since I didn’t feel like it had enough suction to really clean those areas well, but for the tile, it works fantastic. I have also had to vacuum up some soil that spilled from a plant, and was surprised at how well it picked it up. Easy to use and an easy canister to dump. Has fantastic mobility and is light enough for me to do my carpeted stairs. Also, love that you can remove the canister and suction hose to use it as a handheld because I can use it to vacuum my car as well. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my purchase after 2 months of use.

Lightweight but powerful! Easy to charge, just attaches to a charging cord which plugs into wall, no need to install a charging station or mount. Easy to maneuver, great suction. Easy to empty. Easy to clean, easy to remove roller brush and easy to get long hairs off of it. Makes vacuuming so effortless. This is the third one I’ve bought, one for upstairs and one for down, and a friend has permanently borrowed one, because it was so easy to put in car and transport to her house! The charge lasts long enough to vacuum multiple rooms thoroughly. The attachments are easy to use. Gets pet hair out of carpet. Dogs aren’t scared of it. Only negative, with this most recent one, the charging plug kind of doesn’t fit as easily into the hole on the vacuum. But it’s still charging fully. Not sure what’s up with that. But Black&Decker, please don’t stop making these! They are the BEST vacuum I’ve ever had! (I love vacuums lol). These vacuums make it so easy for an older, not strong, uncoordinated gal to vacuum frequently and effectively!

La tuve que devolver por que la pila le duraba 15 mins cuando se supone que duraba 60 mins . Es practica, buen tamaño , succión regular pero es muy poca la duración de la pila
