   We bought this shampooer after the Hoover power dash pet one died. After taking it apart we realize there was a flaw in that design and allowed water to get into the motor.

   So we purchased this one and was quite surprised at how much more solution it held! Especially since it wasn’t very much bigger than the Hoover.

   The carry handle is in the perfect spot in the middle making it easy to lift.

   The solution container is a really great size for this size of shampooer. And the waste container actually holds quite a bit as well. Our Hoover didn’t even hold the amount of solution that was put out which seemed really odd. This one also will stand on its own so that you can fill it. It won’t leak either. My old one had a tiny hole to allow air to come in to push the solution down so I had to plug my finger over the hole while I filled it up and then put solution in. That was a huge pain. This one I just said it in the sink I fill it up and put the solution in.

   Dumping the dirty solution is SO much easier than our old one! I can actually dump this in the toilet and don’t make a mess!

   One of the major pluses of this one over the Hoover that we had is the ability to clean the waste tank. Cleaning the Hoover was a nightmare. I had to take it outside and use a hose and still could never get it fully clean. This one actually has a large cap on the bottom of it that you can unscrew to remove a section of it and I can fully clean it out very easily. This is such a huge plus because anytime there is even a little bit left in our old one it would start to stink very quickly.

   Now on to the cleaning. Get ready to see some black water! I was absolutely shocked at how well this pulled dirt and pet hair out of our rugs. We do not have carpet so we have area rugs and runners. This does a fantastic job of cleaning it.

   The attachment for the upholstery cleaner is way easier than our old one however I wish it had a rotating brush and a little bit of a wider head so that it could suck more solution up.

   I do wish that you could take the entire plastic front off to clean pet hair that has stuck to the front of it. There is one section that pops off but I find that hardly anything even gets in there. It’s still easier than my old one though. My old one I had to take it outside and hose it out. With this one I wait for the pet hair to dry then I flip it over and unscrew the section for replacing the belt that way it loosens the brush. Then I can just use my finger to wipe out the now dry pet hair. You can do this wet but I find it yucky so I wait for it to dry because all the hair just sticks together and it doesn’t feel gross. Then I just reattach that little section with the two screws.

   It is on the noisy side but I have yet to find a shampooer that is not noisy. But it’s not so noisy that I need to wear at earplugs or anything.

   There is very little water leakage when you turn it off. Most shampooers allow some of the dirty water to come back out because it hasn’t gone fully up the tube. This one has very minimal water dripage.

   Would definitely by again.

   Llegó con el embalaje interior ausente u las partes sueltas en el interior por lo que me da la pinta de que es usada. No se porque venden un producto en España con la toma de corriente americana y una tensión de 220v cuando aquí tenemos 230/240v

   Si me permiten, voy a contarles el porque llegué a comprar éste producto.

   La semana pasada contraté a una “empresa profesional” para limpiar mi alfombra, llegaron con una maquina enorme, la conectaron al power de mi departamento, hicieron lo que tenían que hacer no sin antes prometerme que la alfombra despues de secar “volveria a la vida”; la alfombra duró 3 dias en secar y cuándo secó… empezo a soltar un olor desagradable, nunca mi departamento habia olido así de feo, se podian ver las marcas de la maquina en la alfombra, al caminar descalso, se sentia la alfombra aspera y rigida y aparte me dejaba los pies pegajosos… hablé a esa compañía inservible para pedir que vineran a checar y simplemente no vinieron!!

   Ese “trabajo” horrible me costó 180 dlls para que vinieran a hacer algo tan mal y dejar mi alfombra con semejante olor… lo mismo me costó mi nueva limpiadora de alfombras y con eso hice el trabajo más rápido que ellos y de mucha mejor calidad.

   Después de eso, tomé la decisión de no volver a contratar a nadie para la limpieza de mi alfombra y llegué aquí.

   Empecé a leer los comentarios, había de todos… desde el que estaba felíz con su nueva limpiadora de alfombras y también el quejumbroso que se enoja por todo.

   Mi experiencia fué:
   La limpiadora de alfombras llegó el mismo día, llegó acompañada de dos soluciones para limpiar (yo considero que son muestras ya que son pequeñas) una sola botella me alcanzó para una recama, usé la botella “pet stain + antimicrobial ya que la alfombra tenía mal olor por la humedad excesiva que habían dejado antes (quiero aclarar que tengo mi departamento de soltero, no soy muy sucio con la alfombra y no tengo mascotas) me alcanzó para una recamara de 10×10 aproximadamente, salí de casa a comprar más solución para limpiar todo mi departamento y ¡¡ohhh sorpresa!! Al llegar a mi departamento el aroma desgradable había disminuido (quiero aclarar que la formula no tiene un perfume cómo tal pero si huele un poco) seguí trabajando en mi proyecto y estoy muy muy contento con los resultados… ahora me encuentro atrapado en el sofá porque no quiero marcar con mis huellas el trabajo que hice con Bissell!!

   La alfombra aspera y dura se fué, el aroma también, aún no puedo saber si al caminar descalso mis pies quedaran pegajosos de nuevo porque estoy esperando que seque pero no creo que pase eso, la alfombra se siente suave, te recomiendo pasarle una escoba 5 minutos despues de la limpieza para peinar la alfombra y se vea mejor.

   No considero que ésto sea un punto en contra realmente pero, sí tienes que ir muy seguido al fregadero a vaciar y llenar los contenedores pero vale la pena… si es fin de semana y vistes shots… puede que de vez en cuando sientas una pequeña briza en tus pies… es algo insignificante.
   El cable te alcanza perfectamente para una recamara de 10×10 ó 12×12… no esperes más, he tenido aspiradoras para alfombra que hacen mucho ruido, esta limpiadora hace muy poco ruido, he visto que se quejan mucho del contenedor de agua sucia… sí, la verdad es muy grande para la capacidad que requiere… es lo único que puedo decir que realmente no me gustó y no es por el hecho de estar teniendo que ir a vaciarlo muy seguido… no me gustó porque es muy alto… si lo disminuyeran, podrías limpiar perfectamente bajo la cama (en caso de que tengas una cama alta cómo yo.

   En conclusión… estoy muy contento con mi compra y gracias a una mala experiencia con gente irresponsable llegué aquí!! Espero éste comentario tan largo les ayude en algo.

   Estoy encantada con esta limpiadora de alfombras. Tengo muchos perros y también acojo cachorros. Mis alfombras necesitaban desesperadamente una limpieza y no podría haber pedido un trabajo mejor. ¡La suciedad que salió de la alfombra fue increíble! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

   For my surprise the voltage and plug is different from the European one.
   120 volts! This is dangerous and high risk of fire and electrocution as it deals with water too!

   Most of the world uses 220v and this is 120v and it’s not mentioned anywhere, and also the socket is wrong
