This product may made in China, which don’t has proprietary power adoption for Western countries like us.

This is a very easy to use product that gives me a piece of mind in cleaning without harsh chemicals. Many things have been cleaned much better with the steam than the Pine Sol I usually use. The trick is to let the STEAM do the work. Go slower and I promise there will be much fewer passes required. Gummy materials and old dirt missed by the mop melt right off. It’s amazing. I’m never going back to using a bucket.
SIDE NOTE: This does make a normal clicking sound when in use. I thought it was defective until I watched numerous YouTube videos. It’s not loud but it did make me wonder if the pump was faulty. It works very well though. And DON’T mop in socks. I wanted to see how hot the floor really was as it mopped to see if it was working….it was working just fine.

I bought a PowerEdge lift Steam Mop. Serial Number: 1920 7104D. Model: 20781
I’M VERY SATISFIED with the PowerEdge lift Steam Mop. It’s light, made of good and resistant material, its shape is very easy to manipulate and it cleans perfectly well without much effort.
However, I AM DISAPPOINTED either with the Bristel Brush or with the Grout Tool attached. Both garments are made of a non-steam resistant material. Consequently, both pieces deformed on contact with steam on the same day I used them. It seems to me that those 2 garments should be made of a proper material resistant to steam. If so, it would be perfect. That’s why I qualified the product with 4 starts. Thank you.

I’ve had this cleaner for about 8 months and it has been fantastic. It heats up in about 10 seconds and is so easy to use. I use it on all the tiles in my house but I can’t use it on the type of hardwood flooring we have so I can’t comment on that. It has saved by bathroom tiles thanks to the steam cleaning and brush tool which removed mold and mildew that cleaners could not. It’s so much easier to use than a messy mop and bucket and because it’s steam cleaning, the floors dry faster.
The detachable smaller part is great for getting at vertical shower tiles and around taps. It stands upright on it’s own so it doesn’t need propped up when not in use. The cord could be a little bit longer though but anything that makes my cleaning jobs easier is much appreciated.

This wood floor cleaner has a water reservoir that is so small it has to be refilled constantly. I ordered it to replace a Bissell floor cleaner that I really liked. I don’t know why they decided to reduce the size of the water reservoir.

I hadn’t used a steam mop before so I don’t know how it compares to others. I like that the handheld component comes off for other uses like steaming clothes and counter/crevice uses. It functions well, doesn’t take long to warm up, components separate easily, intuitive and simple to use, and stands up well. The water reservoir is small but lasts a while. I appreciate that I don’t need cleaners /sprays and a few passes gets up rock hard stuck on food with a few passes.
I purchased a second unit after my first one failed. I left it plugged in to have it ready for spot cleaning and probably fried the heating element. It still deposited water but did not produce steam.

Cons and pros:
-The steam is not exactly continuous. It dwindles down and then back up.
-The steam is not a lot… I call it a little bit mediocre but it does the job
-This is VERY WELL MADE, heavy enough to keep pressure on the floor, yet still very light and comfortable to use.
-The shape of the head (triangle) is incredibly practical for cleaning the edge of the floors and corners.
-Maneuverability is pretty good and smooth.
-The water reservoir is not very big and it doesn’t bring a little funnel for easy pouring but its okay.
In the end I think the lack of steam power and the lack of a continuous steam takes away A LOT from the value because those two things are most important for the actual cleaning. Im a little disappointed but I think for the price, especially if you get a discount, it might be worth it. Ive only tried one other floor steamer so I am not sure.
The issue with that other one was that the head was too light and would’nt stay down but it was POWERFUL and ensured a real deep clean. It also had different steam levels. That other one was like $15-$25 more expensive.

Overall great purchase. Cord length is short, but that doesn’t matter because it only takes a short time to get ready. I can easily clean my first floor in no time even with the dogs and little guy running around. I purchased extra pads (6 more) so I have 8 in total, which is a definite must if you have animals in the house.
Using distilled water and washing the floors after a dog pees on the ground, you’ll need to change the pad.
If you go slow and are patient, only a couple of times over bad spots on the floor will become lifted.
I hold down the button for the steam the entire time, not sure if I’m supposed to, but it works.
So again, works great. Best steam mop that I’ve owned.

Got a chance to use this product and the PurSteam mop, the Bissel mop head to floor contact is straight up twice as good as the Pursteam, With the Pursteam I was lucky to have 50 percent of the mop head in contact with the floor when using, resulting in uneven cleaning, the Bissell on the other hand has 100 percent floor contact resulting in twice the cleaning power, plus the mop head configuration makes cleaning a lot easier getting in tight spots, The steam of the Bissell is extremally hot. The one place where the Bissell falls short is the taking off of the mop pad, its a little tricky but once the break in period is over it gets easier. Also you only get 1 mop pad so you will have to purchase more.

Worth the money. I own three dogs over 60lbs the biggest being 110. My yard is just dirt and have a three bed room rancher with hard wood and linoleum. I sweep every day (every other) the dirt never ends. The hair never ends. Traditional mopping takes forever to dry and I still seem to have dirty floors three seconds after. Also I might add the house was neglected before I inherited it and I am also cleaning grim of over 30 years. That being said…. the steam mop works great! I have found the floors to dry incredibly quick with no puddling. They feel clean under bare feet and I can see a major difference. The cord could be a foot longer and the filling hole a bit bigger, but that was the only down side. I do reccomend buying extra mop heads there was a reccomend 6 pack that I also purchased. The lift off part is nifty and cleaned a corner of caked on grim of 30 plus year no amount of scrubbing could conquer in about 2 mins of scrubbing with the lift off section. Is it the best no. Is I reasonable for the price and does the job yes.
Update: after so many years this is still the best little steam mop I have ever hand. Floors dry with in 10 minutes they are clean and I have had no issues with the mopper.
