I have the larger green machine for my carpets, and it works great. So, I didn’t hesitate to order this smaller version for my upholstered furniture. I purchased it in December of 2023 and it is now June of 2024 and I use this all of the time. It is effective on cleaning stains and removing odors as well as just freshening things up. It is light-weight and easy to set up and operate. We have two small dogs — one is perfectly housebroken and very well behaved. The other one not so much. We had gotten her a few months before and THOUGHT she was ready to be allowed up on the couch. We were sadly mistaken. I was very worried because my furniture is still pretty new. Even though I had a thick blanket on the couch, some of the urine had gone through. This machine definitely saved the day. I cleaned it thoroughly, let it air dry, and repeated the cleaning the next day, just for good measure. I was a bit concerned that the brush head might be too rough on the fabric (it is a light grey in color and has a sort of velvety texture). But there was no problem with fading and no damage at all. There is no stain or smell — I used the deep-clean antibacterial solution that was included with purchase. If I had only used it that one time, I would have considered my purchased to be more than worth the rather modest price. But, I have since used it many times and it still looks new and works just fine. I’ve used it to clean small areas of carpet when I didn’t really need to get my full-sized carpet cleaner out. I’ve used it to freshen up our pet beds in between taking the covers off and laundering them. I’ve used it on the floor and seats in our vehicles. In fact, my daughter is using it on her mattress right now (spilled glass of iced tea). Clean up was a bit tricky the first time but now it goes very smoothly (I did watch the informative video from just a dad). I’m so happy I found this and it has saved me the time, hassle and money over renting a carpet cleaning machine for an emergency clean up.

Why did I wait so long to buy this? We have a young male pup who is not terribly reliable to “go” outside- still in training. We also have light colored carpets, and some worn carpet in parts of the house, builders grade.
This machine has greatly surprised me with how well it cleans, picks up the dirt, old stains and I don’t smell any “dog mess” in my house. The cleaner is small and easy to carry around. The carpet spots are clean and I notice on the worn parts that it cleaned so well the carpet has fluffed again and is soft! Nice length hose and long power cord. The sample products that come with it are part of the success. Cleans the stains, urine or doo doo spots very well. I will warn you that once you clean a couple spots, you will notice more random spots and will be spot cleaning for a while. I have not had any problems with leaking
It is easy to fill clean watery reservoir and also easy to dump dirty water reservoir. This is a terrific little machine and I would buy ot again!

When I opened the box it felt used because one bottle was leaking in the box and the other bottle was missing a cap… the rest was fine and looked new… anyways this works really well, cleaned my mattress decent enough, felt very clean after.. will update if anything but so far so good 👍 oh and definitely cleaned the cat poop stain that was there. Also the suction power is really good and pulls most of the water out, you do have to pass by the same spot a few times to get most of the water out but that’s typical for any water cleaning machine.. will update if anything

En primera llegó súper rápido, y en segunda y muy importante, superó mis expectativas, no es nada difícil de usar, hace su función súper bien, aunque no esperen que quede completamente seco con la aspiradora, hay que dejarlo secar al sol (en mi caso las camas de mi perrita).
Para limpiarla tampoco es difícil.
Sin duda la súper recomiendo.

So to start off I have 2 precious kitties around 2 years old and yesterday before work I found throw up on my carpet in multiple different places. This was done on both shaggy and regular carpet. As I was in a rush before work I only had time to throw baking soda and paper towels on the mess before leaving. Scared that this mess was going to be baking into my apartment’s carpet for 10 hours I bought this with same day shipping. This worked amazingly!! I vacuumed up the baking soda then used this for the rest and the dark brown stains were gone! (There was one big concentrated patch and couple smaller scattered ones.) After soaking the spot with the antibacterial solution + hot water from the hose and rubbing vigorously the smell and stain were completely gone. I truthfully put my nose to the carpet and could not smell anything but the solution. The suction on this is great after going over the spot a few times my carpet was only lightly damp and dried quickly. I had no problems with leaking and made sure to use water after suction to clean the hose. I appreciate that the tools can be taken off to wash as well. Everything is so easy to take apart and clean. Although I cannot speak to the longevity of this product it was worth every penny just for the clean yesterday. Just to add it comes with 2 solutions to try a clean and protect version and an antibacterial cleaning solution. This has 2 different cleaning tools as well and I heard you get more effectiveness from this product when you scrub hard into the carpet. Best of luck!!
