   Would not purchase again. Kinda seemed like it was a return when i recieved it as it didnt even come in a manufacturer box and was missing one of the attachments but it was clean looked to be in unused condition. But the product itself is not that good . the cord to plug in is extremely short as the hose so buy an extention cord , the steam funtion lets out water the first 5 seconds everytime the button is pressed and released so plan on getting everything soaking wet other than that it works like a regular spot cleaning machine .

   I ended up buying the Bissell Little Green HydroSteam Machine (it was 45% off during Amazon Prime Days). This machine works wonderfully. We don’t have much carpet in our house (replaced most of it with hardwood, tile, and vinyl planking). But we still have carpet on our stairs. So I was looking for a smaller carpet cleaner machine that was portable.
   I went over our staircase 3x.
   1st: used carpet cleaner.
   2nd: used water only.
   3rd: used steam clean.
   This thing works so well, I cannot believe how dirty the carpet was. Yuck! 🤢

   Oh and for the reviews that state the steamer isn’t warm enough to steam clean, mine works just fine. You have to give it a 30seconds-1minute to warm up and then you’ll see the steam come out, and it is hot steam, as I could feel it while holding the hose/attachment handle while cleaning. Plus you can see how foggy it is inside the bucket after steam cleaning due to the heat and condensation. So I find it works great.

   The amount of dirt and debris this removes is insane! The bottom of my staircase was looking dingy, so I used this and my carpet literally looks brand new and dried so fast. I’ve used this on my couches and random stains as well. I have recommended this to several people looking for a portable cleaner. Definitely a great upgrade from my old standard little green!

   I’ve used the BISSELL Little Green HydroSteam cleaner a couple of times now, and while it does a decent job, it takes more effort than I initially expected. The compact size and portability are definitely pluses, especially for tackling small messes in my car and on upholstery. However, it requires a bit of elbow grease to get the best results, which is something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a quick and easy cleaning solution.

   I’m giving it 4 stars for now because I haven’t used it enough to fully assess its durability and long-term performance. I hope it holds up well over time, and I’ll be sure to update this review if my experience changes with more use. Overall, it’s a solid product, but I’m not completely wowed yet.

   I love this product! It works very well! After watching many videos I didn’t know rather to get this or the little green machine. I’m happy I got this. It’s very durable and has a great water capacity. I purchased a used vehicle which looked spotless. Whenever I used this tool in the car it sucked up a lot of dirt that isn’t visible. I used it on my dad’s carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in years! Mixed the water with the product it comes with and the carpet looked brand new! Very easy to use and goes on sale often. I recommend!

   Sometimes a picture says a thousand words. You’re looking at the product of about 15 minutes of use going over two large couch cushions that have never been deep cleaned in five years.

   The suction feature leaves the upholstery a bit damp, probably more so than a more powerful unit would. But that’s the only drawback so far.

   Hopefully the plastic parts will hold up over time.

   We have 3 English bulldogs and while I clean my carpets twice a month this is perfect for the quick clean ups. The cord is long enough to reach the entire staircase. Suction is impressive. I put about a dozen drops of essential oils in the dirty water tank since the machine isn’t self cleaning and it lets off a light scent when in use

   This is compact, easy to carry around, heats up quick. I used this to detail my niece’s old car and it looks like new. Easily relieved sticky gunk from the carpeted flooring and cloth seats. Then we used it to detail my husband’s truck and again it made short work of the grime embedded there. Only complaint is that the hose was a little short and we had to put the unit on the floor of the car at times to reach deep enough in. Worth it to me to just buy a longer house, since I think the shorter hose will work well when I’m cleaning furniture.
