I couldn’t give it less than one star or I would have
This machine is going back. I used for at least 20 extremely frustrating minutes to oil a floor until it over heated and wouldn’t turn back on. Despite what the directions tell you, you will not be able to walk a zig zag pattern with a 1meter by 1 meter square. It won’t happen. This machine generally wants to go wherever it puts its mind to it. You can try keeping it level but it will sneak away on you and smack into the wall. Also bc its so light and has a tendency to fire off in arbitrary directions (mostly to the left) it will also spray the oil that you are trying to apply to the floor all over the wall.
Do not buy this. I would not wish this machine on people that I don’t like.
In all seriousness, I get what Bissell was trying to accomplish. I ended up putting this back in the box, running to the big box hardware store and renting a 20″ floor finisher/waxer and using that for the second coat after the little Bissell that couldn’t failed me 1/10th of the way thru the first coat so I had to apply by hand. The big machine weighs a ton, can be equally hard to control, but also bc it has significant weight it’s easier to find that sweet spot balance point so it doesn’t spin around you in some crazy death dance.
So please, until Bissell turns down the power or adds some weights, or something, don’t buy this machine. It’s low price and compact cuteness will just disappoint you

Cord way to short

Our stone tiles have a very porous surface and have always been a nightmare to mop and clean. We can never get it fully clean with 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and endless foot traffic. Purchased this with the hopes that the spinning brush action would help get into the tiny cracks and grooves and at least break up the years worth of trapped dirt. We plan on using this periodically with swifter between for maintenance. First impressions: it’s super easy to assemble and use. Just let it glide back and forth and let it scrub under its own power. For half the price of more expensive versions, I’d say this did exactly what I hoped and more. Did more effective cleaning in 5 minutes than I’ve been able to do in hours spent over the course of years. Very very pleased.

Did 2 linoleum rooms and had excellent results, picked up dirt very well. Keeping in mind that the machine does not vacuum, it just brings up dirt then needs something to remove the loose dirt.

After a long time searching for a hard-surface floor cleaner, I finally have found almost exactly what I was looking for. I like that the various accessories are included. The size is good for a small-medium area (my kitchen & dining area combined are about 125 square feet). In my younger days I operated one of those larger (18-24″ diameter) commercial floor polishers so I was prepared for some torque from this machine, but I found this unit to be very easy to manage, even with one hand. The only thing I can say I dislike is the on/off operation through moving the handle away/toward the base. I understand the reason for this to keep the design simple, but I’d rather have some kind of a switch at the top of the handle at the grip.
I was not able to find the recommended Bissell cleaning solution, so I purchased something else suitable (Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner and Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish). I used the cleaner with the brushes and the cleaning pads, and the finish with the soft blue pads, and it really brought my neglected linoleum floor back to a semblance of clean & shiny.

I live in a rental where the previous tenant used a sealant over dirty nasty floors. The grout looks like it was intended to be black, but when I used this device, I have found the grout is tan. AMAZING Product and well worth the money after one use

This scrubber is very lightweight. It works ok, but the issue is that I have to pour water/cleaner on the floor, use the scrubber to scrub the area, then soak the remaining water/cleaner up with a mop. So it is a very labor intensive process. I did realize that this didn’t contain a water/cleaner tank when I purchased it, so it is my fault for ordering it.

I wanted a small light weight scrubber with rubber or brush rotating discs. This one has two rubber discs. It is simple to use and a good cleaner. I used it to clean the tile on my patio and it did a great job.
Easy to use and comes fully assembled – just have to snap on handle. Has a lot of cord too.
