This little vacuum is easy to use and picks up ok but you have to watch the handle on it as it seems flimsy.
Also is a little hard to push.
The cost was pricey for this to work like the way it does.

We bought this and the lower end $60 Bissel at the same time. This one failed after two months. Bissel does not have a corporate presence in Canada and so far they have not honoured the warranty. Do not pay extra for this low-quality item as it is not heavy duty and the cheaper unit still works while this one does not.

Had my sweeper for about 14 months. At first it worked really well. We have three pets so we have a lot of fur and my dog eats his treats on the carpet. initially it picked everything fairly well. Now it picks up the fur but spins it around the brush and leaves clumps of fur when I pull it back. I’ve cleaned the brush off multiple times but doesn’t seem to help. A couple of months ago it started making a clunking noise after it was on for a few minutes. I specifically bought it because it was labeled commercial grade. If this is a commercial product, I’d hate to see a regular one.
Hy I want 3 tarps with different sizes( 96*148) (93*180) (96*65) Do u have these sizes.. –

Perfect for our needs. Exactly as described. Good battery life. Operation is very quiet.

Very easy and efficient, does a great job for what it’s meant to do. Easy to charge, easy to empty, well thought out. Seems to have more power than other models, does the job for me. Comes with an extra brush for pet hairs.

So here goes. Bought this sweeper almost one year ago. live alone so I don”t need to use it so often. After a short time it started to make this awful awful sound . Tried to clean the brush. No luck. So I Iput the extra one in. The one that came with it. That didn’t work.I called Bissel and was told that they have had problems like this in the past. So they sent me a referbished one. It only worked for a short time plus the new battery.lasted no more than 10 minutes. I timed it! Noise was just as loud. Well it finally went to the garbage. I don’t feel as if it had to to be a refurbished one. They must not back up on there products. so I reorderd my shark which I liked in the first.
I would give Bissell a zero star. so Bissell got one star. It must have some quality couldn’t but I couldn’t find one. Never again. As shark it shall be.

Ok, let’s be clear: If you use carefully and are not abusive, these will last you a couple of years before they wear out. For home use, they could possibly last a lot longer, unless your kids are playing with them. I worked in a VERY large restaurant, and we cleaned the entire place twice a day with these and almost never had to use actual vacuum cleaners, they worked so well. The only weakness is in the arm itself. It WILL break, so quit yanking it around. The primary weakness is just below the circular grip at the top. Once it breaks, you can still use it, its just less convenient since the arm is now a lot shorter. Also, please clean the trash out after each use, or it will get gunked up. Even then, though, it’s not hard to wash out in the sink. The beater bar is quite simple to remove and clean, but be careful putting it back in, or the plastic locking mechanism will break. I know I’m making it sound like this is a fragile machine, and it’s NOT. I’m just saying that if you’re using it constantly, and it’s being operated by busboys who don’t care, it has these weaknesses and won’t last forever.
