Got too hot and melted connection!!! Too heavy. Hose doesn’t stay connected to canister. So disappointed with this product.

The suction on this is amazing, and it picks up the finest dust. I am a pretty big guy so this a great fit for me. my wife is over a foot shorter and she found the vacuum to be heavy and cumbersome. The on off switch is placed right below the right elbow so if you are right handed and you move the hose back it has a tendency to turn off the switch. Where the cord plugs into the switch, it has worked loose several times causing the vacuum to shut off. The bags are very easy to change out, just drop it into place. Most powerful vacuum I have used.

Bissel has cheapened there vacs! The most uncomfortable shoulder straps out there. There is no way to securely fix the female end of the cord to the switch box! Never again!!!!!!!
