Sweeper is nicely packed and beautiful, however, does not work.
It took me a minute to figure out what the problem was and it is the ion battery.
It’s no good. When you turn it on, the sweeper only works for about three seconds and then shuts off. And the digital display never lit up.
I called the company to see if I could get a replacement battery or I will return this product and much to my surprise their hotline is suspended???? So I could not talk to anyone.
Now I am very leery about this product and the company. I don’t understand how a company can send out bad batteries with their products.
I feel the battery should be checked before they are put in the box. problem.

This has 3 different settings for how strong u want it to perform and it’s pink who doesn’t love pink!! So far I have loved how it works, it picks up everything except bigger items. The only thing I did not like is that the battery dies out fairly quickly.

Bought this for the wife and she loves it. Strong suction with three modes for power. Battery life drains a little fast on high tho, probably got a good 15 minutes on high before you got to recharge. Super lightweight that even my 6 year old is helping used it. Cheap and reliable.

I bought this one for upstairs because we use the downstairs vacuum quite frequently. It’s lightweight, cleans the hardwood and pergo floors great – just what I need. Plus, the pink color is fun!
