it did seem to be well made and it was very maneuverable. for my part i didn’t like the water left behind and the lack of scrubbing. like i said not sure what i expected as it was the first time trying it out. used it on kitchen and bathroom linoleum. item returned, which did work fine.

I have textured tile that I just can’t seem to get clean. After trying 3 different mops, including a bissel crosswave, and many different methods my floors where still discolored and our feet where always very dirty. I bought this steam mop in hopes to get the floors clean and I’m blown away. I used the scrub head without the cloth, and sucked up and did a hot water rinse with the bissel. This was the easiest quick method and I’ll go back with a hot water mop at the end to make sure all filth is up. My floors look brand new. I can’t believe how much mud and filth was being steamed out of the texture. The video shows my before and after, and this was after using the bissel crosswave to mop with hot water and vinegar.
