This vacuum worked great for about 6 months. Then the suction slowed because the metal hose sprung a leak. I tried contacting the manufacturer as Amazon suggested, but all I got was a bunch of Chinese that I could not translate, or a notice that the website has changed. $80 down the drain. Not happy.

This product is a known fire hazard. The motor heats up and then shuts down. When I wrote to the manufacturer they made no effort to send a new motor.

Got this to clean my masonry heater fireplace. I’m glad I spent the extra money to get this one. The long hose allowed me to clean the difficult-to-access channels of my fireplace. The machine is lightweight and easy to handle (I had read an article reviewing ash vacs and it made it sound like I was going to need two people to empty this, but, no, it’s easy enough to do with one person. I love that it has reusable filters, the tools are stored right on the wheeled base, the wheeled base makes it easy to move around from one section of the fireplace to another, and the long power cord allows me to do the job without having to relocate the plug. Very please with this purchase.
