It’s okay. Takes care of light dirt and grime. Much easier than scrubbing or wiping with solutions. But not technically faster for me. I still got some elbow grease left in my arms. So I’ll be using this more for sanitizing.

Before purchasing this steamer I bought one from a store near me and it didn’t get nearly as hot as this one did. This one is perfect and easy to use. It gets hot and doesn’t use up all the water too fast. Just make sure to wear the gloves it comes with because the metal part of this device does also get very hot. The size is small and not too bulky or heavy.

Steam is intermittent, the buttons work occasionally, and it does not get nearly as hot as it claims. Yes troubleshooting was done. I did manage to clear a inch long wrinkle from a shirt after 3 minutes and it is good for cleaning a single drop of grease if you have the 10 minutes to spare although a wet paper towel took me one second.

Not at all what I expected. I thought this was a true steamer but it powerfully shoots out first cool then luke warm vapor. The nozzle is so small this should only be purchased if you want to pressure clean cracks and crevices. I thought it would literally steam boil like my hand held and produce steam when hot and have wide attachment to do fabric as well. But no. Not steam. Just fast pressure water vapor from the start and then it slowly warms. This will not scald you = will not sanitize.

This did job I needed it to. My only complain is when I use the extention it does not get as hot so I quit using that piece. Very good value. Performs as needed
