This vacuum works well. We use it to clean out our pellet burning fireplace insert. It has good suction and also has a good seal so small ash particles don’t escape.

I was very disappointed that this took 10 days to get my house. The item arrived and I had to use it asap. The filter screen that was protecting the filter on the machine caught on fire… after the pellet stone was left off for 10hours. The machine quickly shut down and safety it’s self off. I’m still using it with the mesh that was included that was useless to me… I’ll most likely NOT be ordering again from this brand until than I’m stuck with this cuz it would take weeks maybe even months to get my refund back..

Wish I had bought one of these a long time ago. Works great in our wood stove and I have had no problem with suction power. I do empty it fairly frequently.
Two things I am particularly pleased about: (1) It doesn’t sound like a jete taking off like some of my Jet vacs and (2) It does a good job of capturing the dust & ash. I have not noticed any escaping while vacuuming.
