   Have used this several times now and the whole family loves it. Very easy to empty and clean. Much quieter than I thought and works well on hardwood and tile floors. Good buy!

   It’s okay to put together but pulling apart the handle or switch out the base tools, was like pulling teeth for me. But it did bare floors and the crevas tool did the carpet lines against the baseboard / the top of the baseboards well. Carpet, could do ok job but went over thicker carpet a couple times to get it close to what the bigger Bissell would do in one pass. Same carpet on the stairs, Tried it as hand vac there but it’s very long / a bit heavier then any prior hand vac I’ve ever had so not fun to hold for an entire stair case. Changed it back to stick vac and was very decent. But the face of the risers – I used to do with the Big Bissell hose alone. With the stick version – none of the 3 ways to use it were really easy or effecint so I left that part of the stair carepts un-vacuumed. I did find out from taking the large floor sweeper part off – it stopped working even though I heard it click / seat into the slots as it did when it first got put together / worked. Now the brush roll wasn’t rotating on it’s own with the power on. So – here’s a big hint: turn power off / pull the part off and look down inside the tiny electric pin area. Some dust fuzz got down inside of that on the foot part. I took a paper clip and helped brush it out. (There is no electricity if the foot is off the vacuum.) Put it back on and bingo, working fine. IF anyone has med or longer hair, this will get sucked up but roll around the brush spindle. To get it off, likely have to sit down and cut it off, it won’t necessarily just pull off. It will build up just like on the older model vacuum brush bars. So okay for what it is. It did get hot around the vent areas just doing those 2 small areas – even with stopping in between to empty the dust bin as all the dust was clinging to the filter. I was concerned it was going to plug up the suction area / over work the motor. I think with care / a little pampering – it’ll take care of the stairs which I do 4 or 5 times a year.

   Love the lightness, suction, bagless, great for “rolling cat hair”, price (less than $50), the fact that it has brush for the rug, and it will stand up on it’s own when storing (great feature). Disadvantages: short cord (I bought an extension cord knowing this going in) no place to store the crevice tool on the vacuum (I use a rubber band). Quality!

   I have a shark robot and so sometimes there are crumbs here and there from the kids throughout the day & I don’t want to run it just for that! I read the reviews first, and nothing but good reviews so I was excited about receiving it. Love it! It is powerful! Haven’t tried it on a carpet yet, but I will. Assembly was so easy! Everyone needs one. And I don’t mind that it has a chord at all. One less thing I have to think of to charge.

   I have the Bissell Featherweight WITHOUT the brush and wanted to order a second one. I thought the one with the roller brush might be more effective. After vacuuming hard wood floors, hair was wrapped around the roller and it was difficult to pull out. This was human hair, as we have not pets. I could see this was going to be an ongoing problem, so I returned it. Use the Bissell Featherweight Vacuum if you suspect you may be vacuuming hair off of your floors.

   I’m really pleased with this vacuum—it offers great bang for the buck! It’s incredibly lightweight and portable, making it perfect for quick cleanups on wooden floors or small carpets. While it doesn’t have the power of a $100 vacuum and can’t fully replace one, it’s ideal for quick touch-ups on carpets or kitchen floors.

   I bought it specifically to handle the carpets outside around our pool, where cement dust messed up my RoboVac. At just $50, I’m not too worried if this one takes a beating. It does a solid 4/5 job picking up leaves, and the electric brush, while not the most powerful, gets the job done.

   If you’re looking for perfection on a dark carpet, this isn’t the vacuum for you. But for outdoor use, it’s a quick and cost-effective solution that I’m happy with.

   Tried another brand but no brush was provided and did not notice this on fist purchase.Tried it on deep pile rug but did not pick up anything. This Bissel lightweight stick vacuum is easily stored, very lightweight and provide a powerful suction and rotating brush for exactly needed on deep pile rug just installed.

   THANKS BISSELL for a quality product.

    Very happy with this. SO easy to assemble. Very light. I just have one room of office-type carpeting and this is perfect for that. Also happy that Bissell supports animal organizations. Would definitely buy again.
