I have had the unit for about six months as of the time I am writing this review.
The plastic that it is made from is VERY brittle. Simply falling over a single time will break parts, even on carpet! Several falls (old people and pets tend to prompt that…) equates to several breaks.
Mine has broken in four different places, including the clips that hold the foot onto the handle. It is now held together by duct tape (literally).
It does work sufficiently, even well, when in one piece. The charge time is neither great nor bad but enough to do a carpeted stairwell (15 steps) and then a decent bit of hard tile on one charge. This is all I really need it for, so it is sufficient in this respect.
It does not have great suction, it is even a bit weak, but the nice brush roll compensates for this.
The brush roll is the best part of the machine. It is made of a different material that is much more durable. It is removable so very easy to clean the dog and cat fur out of it.
I need to replace it because it is nearly broken beyond my ability to repair and I am running out of duct tape. I also need to purchase a second unit for another location. Neither will be this unit, which is unfortunate because I do like how it cleans both carpet, including stairs, and tile.

Love the color (red) and the ease of carrying it around (it’s very light). It definitely makes cleaning the floors (and carpets) faster and easier to do. Overall I’m happy with the product.

incredible. I went by the reviews solely and bought this. Incredible suction power and very lightweight and easy to use. Fast charging and it really does pick up more than what you can see on imbedded in the carpet. The only thing I wish it had was a light – which the description mentioned there was if I remember correctly, but it doesn’t, and the other thing is that it doesn’t lay flat so you can sweet under a bed more than a few feet. Other than that, it’s nice and I’m glad I purchased it. I think it’s priced a bit more than what it should be. I wish it was made a little better, but I guess that is what it contributes to the lightweight-ness. I’m glad I bought it and don’t regret it for a minute.

My biggest gripe is that the handle wouldn’t completely attach to the body; there’s a small gap between the two. This doesn’t effect the functionality so I’m not too worried about it. But when I tried to contact Customer Service I hit a dead end. All links landed at the same page where there’s no email contact and the chat button is nowhere to be seen.
I had low expectations for this stick vacuum but I did expect that I could assemble it properly.
Disappointing.
On the plus side, I have a small living space. Between my dog and my family, lots of miscellaneous dirt & mess gets tracked in. I hate to pull out my large vacuum for these small jobs. I simply want to keep the areas near the doors neat & tidy. I’ve had this stick vacuum for just a few weeks and SO FAR it works perfectly for my needs. I’ve found the charge to be plenty for these small areas and the battery recharges quickly.
Basically it works as expected … except for the fact that it’s not properly assembled.

this is the 4th power swerve I’ve purchased for home use, the first 3 were great, a good product for the price. this last one was difficult to assemble and after 2 months use the sweeper would not charge when plugged into the charging cord. I have tried repeatedly to file a return or replace with Amazon (I only wanted a replacement) only to get an online run around and suggesting product help from Red Devil which gave self-help options that didn’t pertain to my problem. I will keep this last one for parts and buy another at Wal-Mart so if I have a problem I can take it to the service desk in person.

I bought one of these for use in our cleaning business in March of 2019. We liked it so well that in May of 2019 I bought one for our home. Today is May of 2024 and I am still using the one we got for our home. It is my go-to vacuum these days. We used the one in our business until it closed in March 2022. I highly recommend this little vacuum! I’ve seen some reviews talk about how easily they break when they fall over. This has not been my experience. I cannot say we’ve abused them but they were transported to many job sites and not treated with kid gloves. No breaks to date. Well worth what I paid for them.
