This isn’t a heavy duty steam mop. You can’t put much pressure on it while mopping. It only came with one pad instead of the two as advertised. You have to continuously add water while you’re using it even in small areas if you want good steam I wish I would have ordered a different one. The steamer has completely stopped working! No steam coming from this stupid thing at all. Purchased in late Dec. so I can’t return it! BS
Works great! Only thing is it says two pads come with it and I only have one attached to it. Oh well I really need it now so I’ll just move on without it! Heats up fast and cord is long enough simple to put together. –

I bought this steam mop for my hardwood floors and it works wonders. I’ve used it on tile lenolium and wood floors. The best part is it comes with a guard that snaps on and it can steam mattresses and much more. It’s compact and heats up fast!

Originally, I gave this mop 5 stars. I thought it was great. It completely died after 7 weeks with once weekly use!!! I jumped through all sorts of hoops to get the extra pad that was supposed to be included. When is died, they sent me a list of requirements (including wanting a video of my “problem”). It doesn’t work at all & they want a video. I hope people read this warning before buying anything from this company.

I have used this item twice, no problems, worked well then there was a loud noise, I quickly turned it off, I checked it carefully and when I proceeded to remove the cleaning pad, there was a black substance on it, I assumed it was a lubricant of some sore. I received it in April. If this is a known problem with this item or a one time situation, I would like a replacement. It really worked well. Please advise if you can replace this item. Thank you

I’ve had a steam mop for years. It recently quit working. I bought this one because it was inexpensive compared to most on here, plus I like the triangle head. .
It works great. Steams hot and does an awesome job of cleaning the floors.
I only wish the cord was a little longer, but would buy again.
