I chose it for the higher temperature of the steam compared to other brands and models. Good points: It works. The brass brush helped to clean up the grout between tiles on bathroom floor. All attachments fit and are working well so far. It is small and manoeuvrable with a long electrical cord. The steam lasts for about 20 minutes or so of operation, but i’ve never filled it more than 500ml (2 cups). Negatives: It’s helpful but it’s not designed to be a magic cleaner pressure washer. The first blast just heats up the line and gets it ready to go. You need to be patient and keep your eye on the steam button as you go. Short bursts work best. Cool down takes about 20 minutes before you can refill. The cord wrap under the machine is annoying. Overall: I’m glad I bought it. The idea that you are making surfaces sterile, temporarily at a least, is satisfying. The heat is sufficient to kill bedbug babies and eggs, mites, etc. if that happens to you. And it reduces to an extent the amount of chemicals I need to use around the apartment. And it’s fun to wield the blaster when you clean.

The Dupray Home Steamer is a great tool. No doubt. Most noticeably, the steam is incredibly hot, even with the floor attachments. I was debating between 2 machines, higher pressure and hotter steam, I decided on the one with the hotter steam. I cleaned my stove/venthood and the grease just melted off. I also cleaned the grout on the floor effortlessly with the brass brush attachment. Also, the steam seems to last forever. I was able to steam clean my entire livingroom and dining room on one fill. Entire bedroom and bathroom on one fill.
Some people pointed out that the steam is wetter than they anticipated. When I was moving the mop head quickly, I did see more water than expected. But when I slowed down, especially on the stainless steel parts of my appliances, once the surface heated up, the water evaporated almost immediately.
Now for the minor gripes, The cable wrap isn’t great, it’s functional, but a little flimsy. The power cable is very long making it harder to wrap up, but the longer power cord is a far better feature. The pressure valve also seems a just little flimsy, but I’d be surprised if anyone actually uses it. I don’t think it’ll break off with normal use, but I’d prefer a slightly different stepped design. The large blue bonnet that is in every picture of this product was not included. But these are very minor concerns compared to how well the Hoe performs.
One tip, make sure to purchase extra small brush ends. They sell them on the Durpay site, The plastic brushes will probably last 2 to 3 cleanings, the brass ones, 4 to 5 cleanings. But stocking up is a smart idea.
Other than that, a great value. I love cleaning with nothing but hot water, and the results are amazing.

This is our third steam mop, but first steam system w/ pressurized steam (and with handy attachments). This system is fantastic. One recommended fill up provided about 45 min of hot pressurized steam.
The unit arrived on time and came with easy to use instructions. All the attachments all performed as expected. We used it on all our hardwood floors, bathrooms, patio doors (glass cleaner is great), and kitchen sink. We’ll put it to work on our oven shortly.
The only rub is wrapping the extension cord is a little aggravating. But i think after some use it will be a little more willing to be wrapped around the holder under the unit.
We had a party of the weekend and I think a few friends will be buying this system, and the mother in law has a list of things for me to clean at her house.

I’ve purchased and returned this twice. The front wheel is made of cheap materials and has broken twice withing the first two uses. Not very good quality for an item thats about $300. They can do better..

I purchased the Dupray Home Steam Cleaner on the recommendation from my sister. Her daughters have both purchased one as well. It was very easy to set up, light weight. I cleaned the grout on my tile floors the first time I used it and it cleaned so well. The last time I cleaned the grout I was on my hands and knees with cleaning product, scrub brushes, and towels and it took days to finish it. I found that three passes over each grout line with the steam cleaner made the grout look brand new and I was able to stand the entire time! The tools that come with the cleaner make any cleaning job easy. I’ve since used it to clean the floor molding and our dog door. Can’t wait to try it on windows, the grill and any other object in my home that needs cleaning. Great product and highly recommend to anyone.

Delivery was very fast in Canada. This product is useful to clean specially kitchen oily stuff and tiles fissure. having very good and hot amount of steam with high pressure. Steam continue deliver good amount upto 20 minutes of regular use. Primary purpose for home not for commercial. Overall 9 out of 10.

This was my first steam cleaner. I bought it to help battle bed bugs. It was a big help. I found it easy to use and did a great job cleaning my mattress and sofa. Looking forward to using it for other cleaning jobs around the house.

I’ve purchased many steam cleaners and they all disappointed me for one reason or another. This one cost more than the typical ones, but as they say you get what you pay for, I purchased a high quality European made steam cleaner and I love it, comes with lots of accessories for all different cleaning tasks, super easy to use and refill the water tank. I love this brand so much that I also purchased the steamer for clothing which is also amazing.

We have used this steam cleaner every week since we purchased it. The latest place we cleaned was our shower glass. It not only got off the hard water spots, it left the glass clear without needing to go back and wipe it down. So happy with this purchase!

Overall, I am pleased with this steamer. It heats rapidly and does a good job of cleaning. I have reservations, however, as the mechanism to assemble the various tools by pushing a button to release them from each other is frustrating as it often doesn’t disengage. The user interface is not easy as far as the tool, hose, and accessories.

Honestly, I fell for the entire gimmick and now I got a big piece of junk that I must live with because I can’t get rid of it. The manufacturer only gave us 1 WEEK to return the item. Usually the return period of these type of products on this website is usually for around 30 days. That’s unfair. And yes I’m giving a one star for the product because it couldn’t clean a fraction of what it was actually advertised for. Cheap feeling but it wasn’t that bad, I was never gonna use it again anyway as it wasn’t effective enough. Hopefully this review sends a clear message to them.

Died after 2 years and 6 times using. It was a good steamer, bulky, expensive and not easy to maneuver, but cleaned good;) I have marble looking tile throughout our 3,800sf house, the grout gets dirty. It did a great job cleaning it. Mind you, there’s no miracle, you’ll have to get on your knees and srub-srub-scrub;))) to clean. Well….it died (turns on but doesn’t want to give steam anymore) and they want me to pay $120 service fee+shipping costs!!!!! What a customer service;))) not gonna buy anything from them anymore.
