I received these and was hopeful, the first filter I put into the vacuum wouldn’t allow it to run, it didn’t recognize it, the second filter worked so I ran the vacuum. I requested a replacement kit and when it arrived and I attempted to switch out the filter, neither of the second two would allow it to run. And after cleaning the one filter that had worked, it no longer recognized it either. Waste of money and time having to do 2 returns.

Oh how I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering this product. The Narwal will NOT operate with the replacement filters installed. The manufacturer must know this from the numerous comments, but apparently continues to sell them.

As other reviews mention, the vacuum won’t run with these filters. But also, even the side brushes don’t fit. The ones that arrived are black and have a hexagon shape hole to attach. The T10 brushes have a square shape attachment point. Save your money and just get the official Narwal ones.

I got sent the wrong parts for the vacuum spinning cleaner they don’t even fit my Narwall they even sent me the wrong color I would have been fine if the fit but they don’t
