This a small steam mop and love the size for small places. A great bonus is that it can be taken off the long handle and used on appliances (like stove) or shower. Easy to handle!

This is my first steam cleaner… why did I wait so long?! I had no idea I needed one with an apartment full of hard floors. But I started working at a boutique fitness studio part time and we use a Bissel steam cleaner for the lobby floors. Once I started using it I knew I had to have one. I went with Kenmore because my favorite sewing machines have always been Kenmores. They just hold up and are quality. I’m so glad I went with this over the Bissel. It’s much lighter weight and the steam is at least 4 times as strong. I am using it everywhere – my floors, my couch, my bed, mattress etc. I can’t wait to use all the fun attachments too! I just wish I could get more replacement mop pads! But I’ve been using microfiber towels instead when using the carpet glider. It snaps in place and holds the towel securely. Love this thing! Get one! This is adulting: appliance elation!

Where to begin with this disaster. Not sure how large the rooms in china are where this product was designed, but in the US, the cord isn’t long enough to go across 1 room! The cord keeper has a slot to keep the cord in place while using; well, not so much. The reservoir holds a very small amount that lasts for about 15 minutes. So.. get some tape to attach cord while using, add an extension cord, and be prepared to stop and refill water multiple times. The 3 stars are for the steam. This part works. I recommend a hard pass on this one. Spend extra and get the shark as I should have done.

Continuous steam when mopping. It heats up fast. (Use distilled water. ) Great bargain. Easy to maneuver around things.

I’m a new parent, and I will admit I’m going overboard. 😅 But I bought this steamer for floors since my 7 month old decided to start crawling. For what you pay, the product performs as expected. 👍 The cord isn’t very long, but we have many outlets for a reason.
I use this on carpets, hardwood floors, couches, and especially toys. 🧸 I recommend it. 👍

I was really excited for this unit; it offered exactly what I was looking for at the price point I was looking in and to top it all off, it had the Kenmore name! Unfortunately this has turned out to be the most disappointing purchase I have ever bought in the first quarter of the year. My unit worked the grand total of one (1) time since it was delivered and assembled. It seems as though my unit came with a defective heating element resulting in my water remaining in its physical state and dripping as opposed to being in steam.
This whole ordeal has been made even worse by the Kenmore customer service. I have emailed both their info and customer service @kenmore emails, with absolutely no resolution. As a result, I have a piece of plastic that collects dust in my home instead of supporting me in preventing said dust from cumulating.
Buying this unit is a gamble. If it comes with any problems, your chance of receiving support is highly variable and if you are unlucky as in my case, your chance of receiving support will be none. I hope if you do purchase this unit, the odds are in your favor.

So far, it does the job! It gives a powerful steam. The convenience of being a handheld or with handle attached makes steam cleaning fast and convenient. It is easy to store. It has two pads, one for carpet and one for floor use. It is a beautiful color and I love the design. I recommend this to anyone who knows the benefits of steam cleaning.
