I had a True & Tidy for a number of years before it quit working. I was hoping if I bought another one I could use the pads I already had. The models have changed and the new one is larger and seemed to be built better. However, after less than 3 months it had quit working. I will be buying another one but it will not be a True & Tidy!

I used this steam mop for the first time today. I love that it is has a swivel head, so it is very maneuverable. The mop head is larger than I expected based on the photos and that is a plus, because I was concerned it might be too small. However, if you have a tiny space to reach you will need to use something else on the spot. The mop heats up very quickly and maintains steady steam. One of my favorite features is the dial to control the level of steam. it is very responsive and immediately adjusts the steam. My kitchen is 14×20 feet. One tank fill was more than enough to do the entire floor. The pads are very thick and fluffy, so they are excellent at getting into grooves. Another plus is the removable filter so you can use tap water!

No more back pain! No more toxic disinfect cleaners. Simple water and you feel the clean! I will definitely recommend this. I LOVE using it. You wo t regret it! You can feel the clean. And beat part no hard work‼️

Along with the packaging was a printed note which said that all units are tested before being packed.
Clearly mine was not. The unit was easy to assemble. It turned on, and NOTHING. The water level in the tank did not vary, and although the center of the unit warmed, there was no steam. I checked and rechecked the instructions and still nothing.
So, I thought I would give customer assistance a try. Again NOTHING. The recorded voice said they were closed and then gave the open hours. Checked the time and sure enough it was during their open hours.
The reviews are very favorable. Guess I’m just out of luck and $60.

put it together and it was missing the metal cap that snaps into place to keep the handle on and plugged it in, nothing. No sound, unusable. I saw a couple reviews say this, so I was warned but I took the risk. I think everyone’s returns are just getting recycled back out. This is the 3rd thing I’ve ordered from Amazon that came broken or wouldn’t turn on in the past 3 weeks. I guess I’ll take that as a hint

This works great, except for the curved points. Can’t get into the corners. I have to use a rag to clean. The micro pads don’t clean thoroughly. I found pads similar to my Haan pads, although they don’t exactly fit, they work. For the price, I’m happy.
