Pasquale Tamburino –
Got this vacuum and was thrilled by its light weight and suction power, BUT then the problems started shortly after 4 or 5 uses. The power cord is so junky that the wires that run through it started fraying underneath. It was shorting as I used it. For a while as long as long as I held the cord and pinched it, it worked. But then it wouldn’t even turn on. As you can in the photo, the zipper is of such poor quality that it started getting stuck and then like all cheap zippers it malfunctioned and its impossible to fix. I feel like I was robbed without a gun and I have no recourse but to throw this piece of junk away.

Great vacuum! I own my own housekeeping service for 35 years now and I’ve gone through vacuums. I will have to say this is one of the best top ten. The only thing I didn’t like was the pig tail connection it was very bulky and it ended up wearing out and causing a short in the cord so I had that removed which made a world of difference. It does go through belts and I was surprise that the handle literally disintegrated. It also has great suction. I recommend this vacuum. Unfortunately you can’t buy anything that lasts so you have to expect that when you purchase anything new today that you’re going to have to repair it frequently. It’s very unfortunate but true of our times.

this has worked very well for our thrift store, excellent quality, very lightweight and easy to use

Loved this vacuum, it picks up great, lightweight, easy to use UNTIL just when its too late to return the cord has a short in it!! So very disappointed!!! Really had thought we had the perfect vaccum cleaner for out buisness and now we have a short in the cord and its only been a month! Not sure what to do now!

I’ve always used Oreck, but I bought this because it seemed very compatible, but it can’t be used as a commercial ever.

My problem with this vacuum is that it doesn’t adjust to the height of the carpet and it can be hard to push. It is a great vacuum other than that. It was recommended for my thick piled carpet and I can hardly push it. I have to use it for my large rugs in rooms with hard floors.
Update: I have only had this for five months. It has stopped sucking up and smells like the belt is burning up and there doesn’t seem to be anything on the beater bar to cause this. I have only filled a quarter of the original bag. My $50 Walmart Bissell is a 100 times better vacuum. I just called the Bissell commercial number and they are closed since I live on the west coast. I am hopping that they will help because this was $200 down the drain if they don’t.
