Chores are my least favorite thing to do, so anything I can do to automate it I’m buying it. The app gives me plenty of control of when to clean, and also set boundaries of where not to clean. The only thing that gets annoying is the mop pads and come off during cleaning if it gets snagged on a wire. I do my best to make sure wires or other objects don’t get in the path of the robot cleaner, but Delilah (my vacuum cleaner’s name) finds a way. This is where the app comes in to yell at me and let me know what went wrong, but also when things go right when the cleaning task is done.
I got this vacuum during the Labor Day sale, so it was worth every penny and does the job I don’t feel like doing.

I owned an 80$ robot vacuum, and I’ll say, I thought this would be a lot more impressive. Sure it self cleans/mops but my cheap robot takes 2 minutes to clean and it’s ready to go. Also the mapping feature was buggy for my house, it was showing obstacles that weren’t there. Not sure if I just got a buggy one, but it only mops my floors better than my cheap vacuum. Honestly, I’d rather just stick with a cheap vacuum than this. Kinda not worth the money in my eyes. Also figured out it does not detect puppy pads and gets stuck in it.
Also gets stuck on my small mat, and backdoor mat. So I have to move these items.
Battery doesn’t last that long, in my small house it still has to go back and charge before it’s done. (My cheaper one cleans my house twice, taking that it doesn’t mop)
Not sure if I should get a more expensive robot or just stick with old reliable (Mr. Clean is his name) this one might just be called New and not improved.

I love this product! From one click on my phone I can ensure the entire house is mopped and vacuumed. With pets and kids, this cleaning hack is a life saver!

I am not sure if I buy this again or spend on a more expensive unit. Would it solve the issues or would it be the same?
Pros:
It does the job of maintaining the floors.
Cons:
It gets trapped on cables (power cords, I phone cable etc) that are left on the floor often. Specially the dark ones on dark brown floors. (Solved by inspecting the floor before I go to bed.)
It should have a light to help avoid cables in the dark.
It also doesn’t check what it cleans to see if it needs another pass in that area. IE: On the first day, there were dirty feet stains on my white tiles and it did only one pass. It would be nice if it did another pass to clean it completely.
You cannot manually control the unit and mop at the same time to remove said stain.
Overall:
My wife thought I was wasting our money and wasn’t really on board with this purchase. A week later, she sees that it really does the job to keep our floor cleans.
Having it swing its back to mop areas close to the wall is time consuming but we use it at night so it doesn’t bother us.
We have a dog with short hair which sheds a lot and it does the job of cleaning that off.
Overall I am happy but wondering if I get the same unit for the second floor or should I get the more expensive model.
If it lasts for a couple years, I think it will be a permanent solution for our home.

Love how it vacuums and mops at the same time. I like how I can pick zones to clean an I don’t have to worry about filling up water too often. It mops my floors very well.

So far so good, it’s like my dream with my Dreame came true. First, I bought another robot vacuum and mop for $130, but thanks to Amazon return policy I was able to return it as soon as I found out that this robot vacuum does not have options to really automate cleaning process. My little Dreame L10s-ultra is not cheap, but it’s actually does automate cleaning process, even my dog loves it.
It does have some issues: for some reason my Dreame does go under one night stand in my bedroom and does not go under another one, even they are identical. Maybe you will be able to provide me with some tips to fix this problem. I still think that this is just my learning experience, and my Dreame is great!
