I purchased this vacuum mostly because I now have an inside dog. The vacuum does well navigation around obstalces, and random junk my kids leave on the floor. Hairs get tangled in the brushes all the time, I have to take them off and clean them all the time, but I figure this would happen with any other vacuum. My biggest issue is how loud it is, in addition the air it blows out the back blows hairs to the corners or into spaces the vacuum won’t be able to get into. It does its job and even though I have to come behind it with a hand held to get the corners, nooks and crannies I can’t really complain.

The only downside it won’t connect to my phone.I connected to my husband or do it manually is not an issue for me.
