We have a 19 foot vaulted ceiling with a “wall of windows”. Cleaning these required scaffolding both inside and out. This did an excellent job! The highest windows have not been cleaned outside for at least two years. We added a small amount of vinegar to the water in the unit and there was no streaking at all! As the windows were very dirty outside, we had to change the pad relatively frequently. (We had purchased extra pads reading previous reviews). Although this is a somewhat expensive item, for us, it is totally worth it!

Could not get this window robot to charge. Charged for 7 hours. Nothing. Sent email to supplier, nothing. I had also purchased a AlfaBot window cleaner. Used it twice on 6 windows and one sliding door. 3rd time of use, wheel stopped turning. Supplier sent parts to repair. Impossible to repair. Most original parts were glued. Manufacturer would not honor the one-year warranty. Had the product less than six months.

We have a tall backside of the house with big windows and it’s hard to get them clean. Love the fact that it will clean in a horizontal or vertical path.
Making sure to change out the pads per dirt and grime before “needed” will insure a better clean.
Great suction and very easy to use and works beyond my expectations.

We’ve had this window cleaning robot for a few months now and have been impressed with how well it’s cleaned our large windows as well as our glass balcony railings. For tough stains a manual prescrub helps the machine do its job more effectively. We also have found it doesn’t always get into the corners exactly but overall a great little machine to own.

This window cleaning robot works remarkably well. It was rather simple to use and very effective. I watched in awe how the algorithm searches for a top corner of the window, then cleans horizontally, moves down and repeats, until it finds the bottom of the window, then returns to the the initial position. Window was clean, and the robot never look that it could detach and fall. Excellent performance!

Crystal clear streak-less windows – NO but 100 times better than not doing them at all.
We used this robot on big sliders and big panes of glass (7’ x 3.5’) 12 total on inside only. In the past scaffolding had to be brought in, super tall ladder and/or telescoping poles. All we needed was a three foot step ladder to apply the robot to the bottom of the highest glass. We used water alone, instructions did not state what kind of cleaner could be used and the windows were a 100% better than when we started. The robot was amazingly efficient in its path and was super easy to use. Nice long cord, easy to apply pads and spray nozzles on both sides.
Is it as good as soap, water and elbow grease … no. It does leave a smudge in the area where it stops but as soon as you remove it from the window you can do a simple wipe.
I’m not sure this would be helpful and smaller double hung windows but for large windows, sliding doors and hard to reach – worth the investment.
The suction to the window is remarkable as well and we did get better results using a clean pad for each new window; buy extra.
FYI we bought the unit at the suggestion of a friend and when we purchased it it was almost 400$. They paid 300$ a month earlier. Put it in your wish list and wait for the sale.
