I have used the vacuum about 6 times and the hose broke away already. It is a hard type of plastic, not as flexible as it should be. You must be very careful with it. It is pretty heavy and it is not easy to maneuver in rooms with furniture. I will continue to use it because I know it is a very good hepa option. That is important to us. We will hopefully get used to it. It is not great for carpet unless it is very flat as well, not even that good for area rugs unfortunately.

Because I said so. But really, these are used in factory setting and take a lot of abuse. They are also easy to repair.

Larger than I expected, and well-made. The vacuum includes a head suitable for bare floors, but no power head. I couldn’t find a power head for sale on Amazon, or anywhere else online. So, in hopes that a clean product could be resold, I didn’t try the vacuum. After I returned it, I received an email from the distributor saying that they could get me a power head.

Best vacuum cleaner in the world. I have lived on many different continents and had to buy vacuum cleaners and every time I went back to this. My grandmother was a Professional cleaner in a very upmarket hotel and they use this one. My grandmother always had the original tall Nielfisk. Now we are for generations because both my grandmother, my mother, myself and my daughter all agree that this is the best vaccume cleaner

Do not buy this if you need a HEPA vacuum. The HEPA filter is not included. I received a non hepa version of the vacuum. The image for this show HEPA and some of the answered questions indicated that a HEPA filter is included. Not only is this very misleading and dishonest, it would be outright dangerous for people who need it for hazardous waste removal like lead or asbestos abatement. I will be returning this product and contacting amazon to remove this listing due to the harm this misrepresentation could cause.

This vacuum does not mess around. It sucks up dirt better than any vacuum I’ve ever used. It doesn’t have the frills of fancy storage compartments or retractable cords – it is very simple with your basic attachments. If what you want is clean, this is the one! Quiet, sturdy, and easy to maintain. Did I mention I love this vacuum?!
